Extending the reach and impact of our Sense of Belonging research at University of Central Lancashire today in a workshop with the School of Law. Our discussions raised lots of positive food for thought which has made us think about future Research directions. Nothing gives me, Alistair MacAuley and our team including Dr Sukky Jassi, greater pleasure than positively influencing the lives of as many students as possible. And if we can positively influence lecturers to positively influence students all the better! So we were thrilled to be invited to University of Central Lancashire to share our research into students' belonging journey and the interventions we have put in place at the Business School especially, to make them feel at home, respected, listened to and valued. We presented, discussed, and debated this important topic with the School of Law academic teams. They were energised and motivated to re-evaluate their classroom, School and University community.
