🌟 The journey of the Matildas captivated our nation and more importantly our budding athletes. Now, the question arises: "How can we sustain this momentum?" The answer is unanimous - it's time for greater investment and focus on nurturing grassroots growth. 📈 Matilda’s Captain Sam Kerr rightly stressed the significance of leaving a legacy beyond the field. “I can only speak for the Matildas but ... we need funding in our development, we need funding in our grassroots. We need funding.”⚽ We're fully committed to boosting grassroots sports participation by making it more affordable and accessible for families. By removing cost as a barrier to participation, it will then allow sporting organisations and government funding to be focused on enhancing the grassroots experiences for kids via investment in infrastructure, facilities, coaching, volunteers, and more 🎁🧒
