Today, we're releasing them to the world. My favorite feature is Feedback Discovery. Canny's Autopilot scours your chat logs and automatically finds feedback for you. It'll add customer feedback to your board, and even merge duplicates to keep things tidy. I'm so proud of the team that built this. Seeing the amount of testing, optimizing, and iterating they put into this AI was impressive. We didn't want to add AI just for the sake of it.
