There are many short coming in the cannabis industry compared to traditional food manufacturing. While it’s been great to see cannabis companies adopt GMP policies, I wonder how effective these measures actually are. Is anyone monitoring GMP compliance in cannabis production? Does being GMP certified in the cannabis space actually mean anything? Trulieve says they are “cGMP certified”. However Kim Rivers can be seen improperly wearing a hairnet throughout this video. It’s hard to trust that Trulieve is producing a clean product when the company chooses to showcase a video of their CEO wearing a hairnet ineffectivly while in a production area. Any thoughts on GMP compliance in the cannabis space?
We are grateful for CEO Kim Rivers’ inspiring visit to our Camp Verde grow in Arizona 💚🌿 Together, we're cultivating greatness. #TrulieveGrows

I have three crows who visit my tiny backyard several times a day to take advantage of the bird feeder. Crows are adaptation champions, proving that not only do they have the intelligence of 7 year olds - they use that intelligence to survive. They are studied for their ability to migrate to countries where they are not indigenous and find food sources to help them survive. I've noticed that the three crows who visit me never eat without calling in their family first. I know, I hear them calling each other every morning around 6:30 a.m. Once I finish grumbling and rouse myself out of bed to feed them, I will hear a cawing in the distance. That's the hunter. He works his way over once he spots me, landing on the roof behind my house and begins a sincere bellow for his friends and family. He then goes down to the feeder and caws until they show up. THEN, and only then, does he eat. Crows realize that survival does not just depend on finding food, but depends on sharing it with others. There is a trend towards talking about self, and how my needs are met, and what I'm going to do if they aren't met correctly. The greater strength comes in building a community, staying in conversation, and taking care of each other. Not at the cost of self, but in a healthy way that makes us remember that we are all connected. The crows are the most adaptive birds on earth. Let's learn from them. #change #changemanagement #adaptability #adaptiveleadership #crowsknow
