For #ConstructionSafetyWeek, today we are highlighting our Ohio Eastern Star Independent Living Expansion project. This extensive project comprises 96 units, housed within 20 various buildings and cottages, to be constructed over three phases. Each building offers a mix of one and two-bedroom units, providing a variety of living options. The Ohio Eastern Star Expansion isn't just a living space; it's a community. On-site amenities include a dining area, community gardens, a bistro, and more. Currently, our dedicated ECS team, consisting of Jordan Mickley, Rayne Dicus, and Surejya Prakash Gowda, are hard at work on phase II. This phase includes the construction of 32 units within 8 buildings. Safety is always paramount on our job sites. The OES team has diligently collaborated with the subcontract base to emphasize fall protection during framing and roofing operations. In a continuous effort to ensure safety, we've taken measures to separate construction activities from the active senior living campus.
