Exciting News from ATB: Leading the Way in Digital Wellness! At ATB, it's all about prioritizing wellness – whether it's physical, mental, or digital. And I'm thrilled to announce that ATB is the first Certified Digitally Well Workplace in the world! I recently had the opportunity to participate in ATB's Digital Wellness Program, designed to help us flourish in the digital age. This program has been eye-opening, equipping me with essential insights to strike the perfect balance between harnessing technology's benefits and safeguarding against its potential drawbacks. Here's a sneak peek into what the Digital Wellness Program offered, broken down into three phases: Phase 1: Digital Wellness Insights Survey We began by taking an initial digital wellness survey. This gave us an honest assessment of our digital usage habits and helped us gauge where we stood on the digital wellness spectrum. Phase 2: The Learning Journey In this phase, we embarked on a transformative learning journey, completing four modules: Productivity, Mental Health, Physical Health, Communication. These modules were not only highly relatable but also provided us with practical strategies to combat digital distraction, signs of digital overwhelm, and ways to use technology for improving our mental health. Additionally, we learned simple yet effective techniques to enhance our posture – something that goes a long way in promoting overall well-being. Phase 3: Digital Wellness Insights Impact Assessment To wrap it up, we conducted a post-learning survey to measure the progress we've collectively made throughout this journey and assess how it has positively impacted our digital wellness. As an ATB-er, I'm proud that ATB is a pioneer in this space and is committed to fostering a culture where everyone can harness technology to its fullest potential while prioritizing their well-being.
