HKS, Inc. and Center for BrainHealth recently completed a study on how to achieve a brain-healthy workplace. Though there have been fewer opportunities to create and build connections at work in recent post-pandemic years, Bill Sebra, in a recent Korn Ferry article, says that the decline in work friendships is an important but overlooked trend that could have significant financial and talent repercussions for companies.
