Time to practice sun safety - such as: Use an SPF 30 (or higher) broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen Wear protective clothing, a wide-brimmed hat, and sunglasses Seek shade; the sun's UV rays are strongest between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Remember: water, snow and sand reflect the damaging rays of the sun, which can increase your chance of sunburn
