Great to see the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners educating Doctors about the connection between Long COVID and POTS. As many in our community acknowledge, and as the article admits, getting help and support for both Long COVID and/or POTS is tricky. While finding help, there are things that can be done at home. Here are a few recommendations from this news update for GP's. "Increasing fluid and salt intake (under the supervision of your GP), and using full-length compression tights is recommended. These help control heart rate and blood pressure, and reduces dizziness. Avoiding triggers is important.
