Here are 3 ways to celebrate Pride Month: 1) Host Educational Sessions - Help coordinate a session of education and camaraderie during the year to educate employees about LGBTQ history, rights, and issues. Providing educational opportunities helps raise awareness, dispel myths, and promote understanding can help make a difference. 2) Show Visible Support - Display your support by wearing Pride-themed clothing or decorating your workspace with Pride-themed accessories. These visible signs of support can help demonstrate our commitment to inclusion and create a welcoming environment for LGBTQ employees and allies. 3) Inclusive Language and Communication- Use preferred pronouns in email signatures and during introductions; ensure your communications reflect a commitment to inclusivity and respect.
