Hinge Health hosted a session on debunking myths around virtual healthcare at the 25th Annual Health and Productivity Forum. Megan Davis with Ulta Beauty discussed the importance of considering your employee population, with theirs being 90% female and young. And to offer a solution that meets them where they are- whether they’re a sales associate in a store or the hybrid corporate office- the benefits must be equitable. Melissa Rinker with Allstate described that their employees are 75% remote. She cited challenges- do they feel lonely? Do they feel connected? Managers need to listen to employees and refer them to resources. How do we create an environment that we care about them even when they’re at home? Brandy Parker with Travel Leisure emphasized the importance of communicating the value and ROI to staff and leadership. They quantified it through the point solution and the claims data.
