So, 96% of the US population is now covered by a climate action plan. Indiana developed both a statewide Priority CAP and a regional plan for the Indianapolis MSA. All these plans had to identify and prioritize LIDAC communities. This is an exciting time to be researching climate resilience in local governments. https://lnkd.in/g-y5dWvX
