This week there are no general meetings (GMs) for companies covered by Valgreen SRL. However, there is a deadline this week for the 12 August 2024 extraordinary GM called by Transelectrica (#TEL) listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange. #TEL called an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, mainly for approving the participation in the share capital of a new company. The reference day for this meeting was 2 August 2024 and the deadline for correspondence voting and sending proxy documentation is 10 August 2024.
