Meet Entryway CFL participant, Chantale! 👋 Chantale’s journey to success began at a Jobs Partnership career fair, where she discovered Entryway. Originally from Haiti, Chantale had been working as a medical technician but struggled to find a sustainable long-term career. As a new mother, she knew it was time for a change and dedicated herself to completing her Grace Hill and Certified Apartment Leasing Professional (CALP) training. On her days off, Chantale committed to job shadowing for two days to gain practical experience. Her goal was clear: to build a thriving life for herself and her young daughter. Chantale took a Leasing 101 class through The Liberty Group, which led to her being referred for temporary placement. In February, she secured a temp assignment at an APM property. Despite being new to the multifamily industry, Chantale quickly impressed with her exceptional skills and unwavering dedication. Her hard work paid off when she was named The Liberty Group Orlando’s Employee of the Month in April. Her commitment did not go unnoticed, and APM soon offered her a full-time position in June, which she happily accepted.
