#LiteScope Product Demo Yesterday we had the opportunity to demonstrate NenoVision's LiteScope at the chair of Prof Dr Marc-Georg Willinger at the Department of Chemistry of the Technische Universität München (TUM). Jan Neuman (Managing Director of NenoVision) and Radek Dao (Application Specialist at NenoVision) introduced us to the world of AFM-in-SEM technology. They presented how the LiteScope works and impressed us with the great advantages of analysing different samples in situ. What we took away: ▶ With the LiteScope in your SEM, you combine the strengths of #AFM and #SEM technology. ▶ It allows complex and #correlative sample analysis ▶ In-situ sample characterisation, particularly interesting for #air #sensitive samples ▶ #Precise #localisation of the region of interest ▶ The LiteScope offers a wide range of #measurement #modes to analyse different sample properties. ▶ It is extremely #quick and #easy to install and remove from the SEM. ▶ The LiteScope can also be used for analysis #outside the SEM. ▶ It is a powerful tool for a wide range of fields such as materials science, nanotechnology, semiconductors, and life sciences - highly interesting for #battery #research.
