𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘁! After witnessing singer/activist Chappell Roan face backlash from fans on social media for expressing her opinion on the U.S. electoral race, an age-old question arose in my mind: 𝗜𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟭𝟬𝟬%? According to brand coaches like Jay Mandel, "the future of media is unscripted and vulnerable." And indeed, the future seems to be leaning in that direction. When we scroll through social media, we're more likely to encounter selfie videos than carefully staged setups. 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝗡, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗨𝗧. We've seen countless celebrities build and break their brands based on their "realness." However, there's an art to being authentic without compromising your audience or your mental health. Here are some key considerations: 𝟭. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼. Someone always has a reason to complain. 2. 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿. If they came for your music, share music. If they followed you for your political views, stick to that. If they follow you for both, maintain consistency. 3. 𝗕𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. Knowing what to share and when to share it is crucial for brand maintenance. 4. 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀. Establishing a strong foundation can provide a buffer when sharing your opinions. Sometimes, timing is everything. 5. 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 "𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀" 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝘆. Mistakes count as actions that do not benefit your brand. The quicker you course correct and focus on your goal, the less likely your audience will remember your minor mistakes. I want to hear from more seasoned brand managers, what do you think? 𝗗𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆? #keepingitreal #brandmanagement #socialmedia #influencer #politics

I help you manage your social media | Which allows you time to focus more on your business and the things you enjoy ✨🌈
What worked this month might not work next month. That is the pleasure and challenge in it all. It is one big experiment 🤪 (Ah, I have been watching Queen Charlotte, guilty!) But it can be challenging to keep up with it. You think you have it hacked, then woooosh. New trend. My advice? → Keep the 'social' in social media. Even if you don't post, make sure you are engaging on LinkedIn DAILY. → Create your own trends, be the trendsetter. → Be true to YOU and YOUR brand. Consistency is KEY. → If the trend works for you, rock it. If it doesn’t, forget about it. → Be fun, funny, humorous—whatever you want to call it. Show some personality. Spice it up. ✨My name is Francesca and I help female CEOs build a powerful social media presence.

Reflections It's that time again- A time of reflection on another year coming to an end. How did you do? I know it was tough out there! Together we got through it. Way to go! It is not only a time of reflection to merely review this past year, but also to see reflections. Did I reflect my true self? My purpose? My calling? Was I kind? Did I help others? Did I share hope? Assessing my past year, all I can say is I have room for improvement. There is so much more I want to do. My purpose is to write and share hope. I hope some of my articles did that. My number one goal is to finish my book. To authors out there, I applaud you. You inspire me. I am grateful for my family and friends. One friend in particular who without fail sent me a scripture text every morning. And to those of you who kept in touch- thank you. Thoughts of the friend who planned and attended her "Celebration of Life" service made me realize what's really important: Faith in God, our family and friends, and our impact on those around us. People randomly stood up and spoke about how she helped them and how her path crossed theirs in a positive way. There were also some positive influencers who crossed my path. They unknowingly helped me this past year. Their articles, missions and impactful outreach were aligned with my passion and purpose. They were reflection of light for me and many others. They are: Dirk Beveridge- Author / Public Speaker Susan Cain- Author Ken Coleman- Author/ Coach Paula Davis- Author Leslie Leyland Fields- "You Story Matters" book: Kamal Manik- Positive Posts Employ Humanity- Workplace Positivity To these and all positive impact influencers, I thank you and award you with a "Reflection of Light" Award. Keep up the "Good" Work! Let us all be Reflections of Light this upcoming Year. Pass along the "Reflection of Light" Award to those who impact you in a positive way. Share and tell us what they did. Happy New Year Everyone! #reflection #light #hope #positiveimpact #shareit

Ever catch yourself wondering about the kind of conversations that happen when you're not in the room? While we can't control every narrative out there, we can definitely influence them in our own unique way. The best way to do that is to live authentically and be the best version of yourself. Offer kindness generously, listen with real intent, and be that reliable friend everyone needs. These simple actions become the stories that people share about you. Aim to be that person who's remembered for their positive impact and genuine vibe. By consistently being thoughtful and kind, you naturally shape the conversations about you. So, challenge yourself to be intentional in your interactions. Create a vibe that’s so positive, the energy speaks for itself even when you're not around. Make your presence felt through your actions and let those be the tales that people tell. 💯💪❤️ #StrategicAscent #LiveAuthentically #PositiveImpact #InfluenceTheNarrative #TheWorldIsYours #LetsGoGetIt

Recently I have been invited to speak about what it takes to be an influencer. I reflected on my diverse life experiences, and in my mid 50s, I find profound significance in being a daughter, sister, friend, and specially a mother. Influencing others off and on camera carries a profound responsibility in every aspect of my life. Authenticity is key. What you see on my social media is genuinely who I am. I prioritise adding depth, aiming to inspire, without seeking fame or fortune. As a mother of two young adults, and a single middle age woman navigating life again, my focus is on contributing to society, emphasising that being a great influencer means, adding substance, not just consuming attention. Thoughts? #authenticliving #influencerlife #mindfulliving #prosperwithgr8ce #personaldevelopment
