Fastag, a NETC initiative, was introduced in 2017 by Indian Govt with a concept of toll tax collection without any human presence. Its motto “Easy to Cruise”. Benefits of Fastag we have experienced in highway driving, and now also seen benefits in the parking spot. Now with its implementation have seen contactless and cashless payment for parking. All big malls and parking spaces they have started using Fastag. Fastag also been implemented in Mela parking. India is slowly but steadily adopting cashless digital journey. Customer experiences have been changed due to implementation of Fastag.
