A Tale of 2 (very different) Hiring Managers Hiring Manager #1 "Everything goes through Human Resources" "No time to discuss the role" "HR knows what I need" Hiring Manager #2 "Human Resources will help you set up your service agreement" "Once Human Resources gives the green light, we can find some time to discuss exactly what we need & what we have to offer ...this role is critical so I want to make sure you have as much detail as possible" Six weeks later...... Right now we're looking for someone based in the U.S. Someone who has the experience, ability and desire to think big and act fast. Someone who is inherently curious, can think strategically, engage with business leaders and manage multiple projects.
