Webinar Alert! In this NGSengine case study webinar series by GenDx, we are dealing with interesting cases of NGS HLA data. We aim for an interactive session while performing an in-depth analysis of the sample. Some HLA alleles are not expressed as functional proteins. Such ‘null alleles’ have important consequences for transplantations. In this webinar, Dr. Valentina Manzini, PhD, Technical Support Specialist, and Dr Veerle Van Meervelt, PhD, Global Education Manager will explain what null alleles are and show examples of different types of null alleles with the GenDx NGSengine software. #Nanodigmbio lesson -NGS Uniformity Series (Part 2)- Uniformity inCaptured-library Yield Capture library yield is one of the parameters to evaluate whether the hybridization experiment is normal. Higher yields often mean lower hit rates. Therefore, it should be confirmed that it is within a reasonable range before subsequent sequencing. In this video, we provide an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of excessively high or low capture library yields and large yield fluctuations between capture libraries, to help resolve your confusion regarding the uniformity of capture libraries. #NGS #Experiment #wetlab
