Seamless charging experience for EV drivers
3wTotally agree with Dr. Lioudmila Simon that we need to make "charging as normal as possible". Here was argued about the use of AI to enable the charge points operater side so that drivers don't have a bad experience. I would add that AI can especially be useful in the devices (eMSP app) that lead ev drivers to charging stations. They need to make it as easy as possible for ev drivers to get their car charged.
