ELARD is seeking young professionals for an Environmental Specialist position for its offices in UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi) and who are looking to develop their career within a challenging and evolving work environment. Details of the position are as follows a - Job Title: Environmental Specialist b - Duties and Responsibilities: Preparation of environmental studies like EIA, SEA, CEMP, OEMP and audits. Preparation of Environmental Due Diligence studies and site assessments. Preparation of proposals. Preparation of technical reports. Participation in field visits and Environmental and Social baseline surveys. Participation in interviews with stakeholders as part of stakeholder engagement activities. c - Educational &/or Experience Requirements: Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in a related field (environment, geosciences, chemistry, etc.) Bachelor 3 to 4 years or Masters 1 to 2 years of experience in the environmental field Knowledge about air quality related fields is preferable Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, regulators and sub-contractors Proven inter-personal skills Candidates will be requested to provide professional references from previous employers
