CHEESE AND DAIRY PRODUCTS: STOP MOLD AND BACTERIAL CONTAMINATION to reduce waste and capital losses. An example, save up on anti-mold additives. On caciottas processed in non-sanitized environments it is necessary to use food additives with an anti-mould function so that the caciotta does not lose its value due to mould. Save up on anti-mold additives infact they have limitations: - they must be used by specialized personnel both during application otherwise the anti-mold will not adhere homogeneously; both after the treatment, it is necessary to check that the cheese does not sweat, as the droplets of fat incorporate the anti-mould, deactivating it. - they create the effect of gluing to cardboard packaging. - their duration does not exceed two weeks as both exposure to the air with - the residues of the treated cheeses weaken the effectiveness - they are not free from bacterial attacks - the cheese support shelves must be periodically cleaned and disinfected You can save time and money: with CONTINUOUS ACTIVE SANITIZATION, the disinfection of tools and work surfaces is constant over time 24/7; the reduction of microbial contamination (including Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus aureus), regardless of the sources, is constant over time 24/7 and can be certified for each production and storage site. 🚫𝗙𝗗𝗔 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝘀 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝗶𝗹 (𝗕𝗩𝗢) 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱🥤 The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released a statement explaining the repeal of their existing regulation that permits the use of brominated vegetable oil (BVO), an additive, in food across the nation. Brominated vegetable oil is a substance created by modifying vegetable oil with bromine, a deep red, strongly-smelling oily chemical. It is utilized as an emulsifying agent in citrus-flavored drinks to prevent the flavoring from separating and rising to the surface. Bromine is also frequently employed in the production of flame retardants.
