Our teamwork paid off – a fresh new paper is now available! 📚🎉. We're talking about a cutting-edge computational model for skim milk electro-acidification using #EDBM. 🥛⚡️ #EDBM serves as a substitute for conventional acidifying agents, while preserving the organoleptic properties of the milk. 🤯👅 A special acknowledgement to the coauthors: Lilia Ahrné, Arthur Merkel, Lluís Jofre Cruanyes, Jose Luis Cortina Pallas, Lukáš Dvořák! 🌟. 🌟 Exciting News! 🌟 I’m thrilled to share that our research paper has been published at COMPASS '24: ACM SIGCAS/SIGCHI Conference on Computing and Sustainable Societies! 🚀 It’s been an incredible journey collaborating with an amazing team including sambal shikhar, Anshika Srivastava, Rajiv Ranjan, Yash Sarvesh Srivastava, and Dinesh Kumar, under the guidance of Dr. Anupam Sobti and Dr. Shashank Tamaskar. Our research focuses on using satellite and drone imagery for farm-level insights, particularly in improving crop boundary detection, classification, and stress estimation. My main contribution was creating the pipeline for processing geospatial data, utilizing the AGSI library to benchmark nitrogen and water stress at the farm level. This pipeline helped us process high-resolution drone data and generate detailed analytics for real-time stress estimation in sugarcane fields. Curious to learn more?
