Congratulations to all the other members, including EFAMA members Jana Brodani, Roberta D'Apice and Marcus Mecklenburg. We look forward to contributing to ESMA’s strategic work on retail investment, including costs, investor protection and distribution. 📊 Today EFAMA released a new issue of its Market Insights series titled ‘Sustainable equity UCITS: promoting sustainable business models’. This report provides an in-depth analysis of the trends and dynamics within the sustainable equity UCITS market, covering the rapid growth in net assets and the evolving investor landscape over recent years.   🔑 The key findings of the report are summarised below: ➡️ Net assets of sustainable equity UCITS have more than doubled over the past five years to EUR 1.3 trillion. ➡️ Despite market volatility and economic uncertainties, sustainable equity UCITS have demonstrated resilience with positive net inflows. ➡️ Almost 20% of sustainable equity UCITS are Article 9 funds, while 70% are Article 8, reflecting cautious investor sentiment amidst regulatory uncertainties. ➡️ On average, sustainable equity funds have consistently delivered positive net performances, comparable to non-sustainable equity UCITS.   👉 Download the full report here: https://lnkd.in/efa4MYSC   Thank you to Vera Jotanovic, Ph.D and Anyve Arakelijan at EFAMA for your excellent work! 👌 #sfdr #esginvesting #sustainablefinance
