As Mental Health Week approaches, running from May 6th to May 12th, I'm honored to join hands with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in championing mental wellness in the workplace. World Mental Health Day is celebrated on October 10th every year to raise awareness of mental health issues and to encourage people to seek help if they need it. The theme for 2023, set by the World Foundation of Mental Health, is ‘Mental health is a universal human right’.
