Edgewell was recently named a 2024 SmartWay Excellence Awardee by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Recipients of the award represent the top 1 to 2 percent of all companies participating in #EPASmartWay, and Edgewell has been recognized for our work in reducing emissions from the shipping and delivery of our products to businesses and consumers. Our Wellbeing Team kicked off September by hosting their first "Wellbeing Expo" at our HQ. The 2-day event included biometric screening clinic, health fair featuring our health plan vendors, wellness Jeopardy, a presentation from our healthcare insurance provider on all the tools and benefits available to teammates, and flu shot clinic. Incredible job making wellness resources and benefits accessible to Team Edgewell!

Back in 2015, Edgewell chose the Hummingbird as our company logo. We believe that the Hummingbird represents us well - agile, small but strong, and always in motion. Hummingbirds also symbolize joy to many cultures around the world. To show our continued connection to the Hummingbird, we partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation. In FY 23, we supported the planting of 10,000 diverse and native trees in the Polylepis forest of the Andes Mountains in South America.
