ECRIN (European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network)’s Post

If you are involved in academic multinational trials in Europe as a sponsor, an investigational site, a CRO, a CTU, or involved in the development of national procedures/templates for harmonisation of CTA, we have developed this survey for you! Working within the ERA4Health Partnership, the ultimate goal is the development of a harmonised Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) to facilitate the conduct of academic multinational clinical trials in Europe.   Your invaluable input will help us: • Collect information about the existing CTA templates/models across the EU • Get a broader understanding of the issues encountered by the academic sponsors of multinational clinical trials and other relevant actors when dealing and negotiating CTAs in the context of multinational clinical trials, • Identify the negotiable and non-negotiable national specificities (e.g. provisions mandatory by law) of CTAs • Find a shared understanding of how an EU CTA template should look like so that it can be used as a model in the context of academic multinational clinical trials   Interested in contributing to this work?
