Privileged to attend the event celebrating the completion of the first phase of construction of the Qaraoun Composting Facility. And proud of the DAWERR team and our partnership with USAID to support the Qaraoun Municipality in charting a new, local approach to solid waste management that focuses on locally managing pre-sorted recyclables and organic waste, thus diverting a significant portion of municipal solid waste away from distant landfills and creating sustainable, circular economy value chains.
