The Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR) took effect last Saturday -- with significant new obligations for CPOs. Importantly, Article 20 mandates CPOs to ensure all public recharge point data is available via National Access Points (NAPs). As many CPOs prepare for the April 2025 deadline to make static and dynamic data accessible, it's crucial to consider that many Member States (will) have binding obligations to integrate data into NAPs well before that date already. Adding to the complexity is that NAPs exist in many forms. There are data warehouses, registers and even data platforms. Each NAP has its own mandatory fields and most have additional extra fields specific to that NAP. At Eco-Movement, we offer specialized support to ensure that Charge Point Operators are fully compliant with both AFIR's requirements and the specific demands of each NAP framework. Our service is designed to navigate these complexities on your behalf, making sure you are always compliant and can focus on your core business.
