🚨 Job alert! Our University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust Genomic Laboratory site is looking for a Principal Clinical Scientists - Genetics. The successful applicant will join this cutting-edge service at an exciting time to: - participate at a senior level in all aspects of the work of the laboratory - perform high-quality genetic and genomic analysis across the sample range - provide appropriate interpretation and prepare reports to referring clinicians - ensure accuracy of the genetic and genomic analysis of colleagues and also to take responsibility for the interpretation and report-writing of the analysis performed by technical staff and trainee scientists. - prepare, authorise and issue appropriate clinical reports including those of a highly complex nature. The role is NHS Band 8a, permanent/full time and applications close 14 July 23:59.
