The development of Clinical Diagnosis tools, one of INIC's main activities in 2024 Dr. Emad Ahmadvand, in a news conference held in Nowruz, highlighted the achievements of IRAN Nano and Micro Technologies Innovation Council in 2023 while elaborating on some of Its plans for 2024. At the beginning of our discussion, the Secretary General of IRAN Nano and Micro Technologies Innovation Council (INIC) announced the issuance of nano-scale certificates for nearly 400 new products in 2023. Dr. Ahmadvand highlighted the successful implementation of Nanobubble technology at the Saveh water treatment plant pump stations, emphasizing its potential to enhance water quality and improve the quality of life in other cities facing similar challenges. This marks a significant advancement, as Nanobubble technology has primarily been utilized for wastewater treatment in Iran and globally, with its application for drinking water treatment being a novel development. CIMNE - FRESH WATER NATURE SL collaborates with IRTA (Instituto de Investigación y Tecnología Agroalimentarias) as a supplier of the Cool Steam technology, an energy system for producing fresh water through multistage vacuum distillation of water from various sources, such as seawater, brackish water, polluted water, and industrial water, among others. This #wednesday, 20 of September, a research group of IRTA (Instituto de Investigación y Tecnología Agroalimentarias) presented the poster of this project in #ESNI2023 #Brussels. Further results from this research will come to light in the future through an upcoming paper co-authored by researchers from IRTA and CIMNE.
