Our speaker, Ms. Ngan Pham has imparted valuable knowledge and infused us with her positive energy. Here are some key takeaways I have gained: ๐ The typical supply chain of a livestream model comprises 4 sectors: โ๏ธ Suppliers: brands, factories, distribution channels and retailers โ๏ธ KOLs/KOCs: influencers, celebrities and businessmen/businesswomen โ๏ธ Platforms: e-commerce, content and social media. By establishing close partnerships with these types of platforms, MCN (Multi Channel Network) will support with KOL/KOC management ๐ Vietnamese consumer behavior when shopping via livestreams on social media platforms โ๏ธ According to The State of Social Commerce & Livestreaming in Vietnam, 55% of Vietnamese customers purchase their orders using personal accounts, 55% engage in buying transactions through communities and 69% place orders via the store's online fanpage. Convenience is cited as the primary motivation for 72% of consumers to shop online. โ๏ธ The process of online shopping can be categorized into 3 stages: discovery, consideration and purchase. The concepts of โCommunityโ and โBidirectional interactionโ play essential roles in Vietnamese customerโs livestream shopping journey. ๐ Since socialcommerce has emerged in Vietnam recently, many local brands are leveraging livestreaming to boost sales. However, they face specific challenges, such as the potential for human error during manual order confirmation, unfair competitions, and counterfeit products. Harasocial tools provide tailored solutions to address these challenges, including:ย โ๏ธ Pre-livestream: offering syntax suggestions to 'close the deal' and connecting the livestream session with a Harasocial account. โ๏ธ During the livestream: saving comments in the proper syntax, automatically identifying new potential customers or shoppers who previously bought your products โ๏ธ Post-livestream: real-time order management, automatic aggregation of orders from multiple livestream sessions ๐ This digital landscape, marked by the rise of social media and e-commerce, has created ample opportunities for content creators.
