We don't often get to mention who our clients are due to privacy reasons, but when they talk about it publicly it gives us the opportunity to highlight some of the great work we do. Our client Sharesight recently published a blog on 5 ways Sharesight keeps your data safe, and the role we play.
ZX Security Ltd (Part of the Bastion Security Group) has been working with Sharesight to improve their security posture since 2020. This is just part of the work we do with a wide range of New Zealand and Australian SaaS companies to ensure their customer's data is protected.
For Sharesight, we started off with a round of web application testing and a Security Health Check to assess their maturity level and identify any risks in their product and the way they were operating. One of our consultants then worked with their team via our virtual CISO offering, bolstering their ability to implement additional security controls and document policies. We set up a regular programme to test their core web application, ensuring any major features that were added during a release were the focus for our penetration testers.
It's great to see our clients taking security seriously, and even better when we get to talk about it!
