We are at the St. Helena Cathedral for Phase 3. We first inspected the church about 3 years ago, then we did some emergency repairs right away, and last year we restored the South Steeple. We're now getting ready to restore the North steeple and the front facade. In honor of the 4th of July, this is a picture the Flag House in Baltimore, MD. It's famous for being the "Birthplace of the Star Spangled Banner." We restored the masonry components of the Historic Flag House to make it last for generations to come. Although we've worked on many historic buildings, this one drew our attention to celebrate Independence Day. Fox 5 article in link below! There are 5 spires in Downtown Frederick, MD. We've restored 3 of them, and today we received the contract to proceed with the 4th one at Trinity Church. Julie Butler, Durable Restoration's Preservation Director, was speaking at the press conference held by the church last week.
