🔹 **Sad News:** - Yesterday, we received a letter from the legal court denying our extension of our corporate restructuring, leading to the declaration of bankruptcy for Vässla. 💔 🔹 **Missed Opportunity:** - Despite being days away from securing the necessary funds to exit restructuring, we were unable to proceed further. 😞 🔹 **Remarkable Achievements:** - Transformed Vässla from losing almost 8 million euros annually to profitability within 6 months. 💼💰 - Slashed operational costs by over 90%. 💸 - Negotiated write-downs of 85% with creditors. 💳 - Developed three innovative form factors from scratch. 🚀 - Successfully launched in multiple overseas markets and strategically closed down others. 🌍 - Grew the team to 60 FTEs and then downsized to 5. 👥 🔹 **Gratitude:** - Immensely thankful to all investors and team members who supported us throughout this journey. 🙏 - Will do my best to assist the trustee in transitioning Vässla to its next phase under new leadership. 🤝 🔹 **Optimism:** - Despite the setback, I believe in Vässla's resilience and potential for future success.
