Rejections are an inevitable part of life, and it's perfectly normal to face them during the job interview process. Not landing a job is, in fact, an opportunity to learn and grow. It prepares you for even better opportunities on the horizon.
However, what can be truly disheartening is the experience many job seekers face after investing their time and effort in several rounds of interviews, assessments, personality tests, and assignments. They eagerly await the results, reaching out through calls, emails, and messages, only to be met with silence from the same individuals who were enthusiastically pursuing them just days ago to join the interview process. It's at this point that the dreaded realization sets in: they've been "ghosted" by the recruiter.
While it can be uncomfortable to hear that you haven't been selected for a role, sometimes all job seekers need is constructive feedback. A simple acknowledgment and some guidance can go a long way in helping them improve and come back even stronger in their future endeavors.
