Support us to centre Indigenous people and wisdom in the growing field of Psychedelic Assisted Therapies :: We are an alliance of Australian First Nations culturally-informed healing practitioners stepping forward in the space of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies (PAT), as we recognise the great potential in sacred medicines for the healing of both First Nation peoples and for our wider collective healing. We are raising funds for a Cultural Healing Exchange to Peru, to learn from local Indigenous healers and communities. We wish to build relationships, learn from living traditions with sacred medicines, share our own cultural healing practices, and collaborate with our Indigenous kin in Peru to bring right relationship, respect and the sacred into the field of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies - both to support our own First Nations communities, and for the benefit of all people seeking to work with sacred medicines for healing and wellbeing. The visit is planned to run from 14 May - 4 June 2024, visiting Chavin de Huantar in the Andes with Maestra Cecilia to learn about practices with the sacred medicne Tsunaq, and Iquitos in the Amazon with Shipibo Curandero Don Rono to learn about Ayahuascaand their research partnership with Onaya Science. *See attached images for more information about the project. **All donations, no matter the size, are greatly valued and appreciated. Hello and welcome, my name is Esther and I am addressing here as HORMESIS There is a club established between Florentine and Neve Tzedek, it is a complex that promotes healing processes from trauma HORMESIS deals with improving the physical, mental and emotional condition of club members through preventive medicine methods. We pay attention to ancient techniques such as ice baths, circular breathing, frequency medicine and more. We have a skilled team of psychotherapists, experts in cold therapy, circular breathing, and frequency healing. There are workshops led by experts in cold therapy, circular breathing, and frequency healing. The complex is already standing and active, but the complex is huge and it is not easy to fill it in terms of equipment. Everything is very expensive. It is a complex of the order of 450 meters, between Florentin and Neve Tzedek for those who know. And everything. is very. Expensive. We started right before October and then the disaster happened. And what was born out of the events, is the most natural thing to happen - Allow free access to those affected by the war. Regular free entry to facilities and events. Those affected by the war will have access to the existing facilities, to the existing events, and we will even create 'their own personal time' The disaster we experienced in October will go with many souls for a long time to come. There is a long-term run here with our collective and individual healing here in Israel. We are interested in supporting those who have been hurt and creating spaces that will also be used by them in the healing process We are asking for help in preparing the space in the most beneficial way, and with such an order of magnitude of a space in God there is room for 200 people at a time. Sloughing Towards Galilee; Practicing the Cross! A Time to Be Born! A Time to Die! Ecclesiastes, 3 1. There is a season for everything, a time for every occupation under heaven: 2. A time for giving birth, a time for dying; a time for planting, a time for uprooting what has been planted. 3. A time for killing, a time for healing; a time for knocking down, a time for building. 4. A time for tears, a time for laughter; a time for mourning, a time for dancing. 5. A time for throwing stones away, a time for gathering them; a time for embracing, a time to refrain from embracing. 6. A time for searching, a time for losing; a time for keeping, a time for discarding. 7. A time for tearing, a time for sewing; a time for keeping silent, a time for speaking. 8. A time for loving, a time for hating; a time for war, a time for peace. 9. What do people gain from the efforts they make? 10. I contemplate the task that God gives humanity to labor at. ------------------------------- Two weeks ago I sat on the street with a 21-year-old, dying from being stabbed; The look in his eyes, knowing he was dying is one I will never forget; I received an email from an older donor who is dying in a hospice; I visited with a young mom who had just had a baby; and so we are born and we die. I ran into two guys I have known since my time here, both grey-haired, broken, and both under fifty. They talked to me about the"old days". "There is a time to be born, and a time to die!" My birthday is on March 26, and usually, I go away because I am always being pestered by how old I am. The truth is I remember a friend who at ninety ran a large company, telling me, "The best advice I can give you is to forget your age, and never let another person know it, live as if you are still 20, and I promise you will have a more productive life."  He died at his office when he was ninety- six and this has been the best advice given to me because we judge each person by age. And if we act as we are expected to, we are limited in our relationships. I believe a birthday is a time to celebrate another year in life with joy, but not remembering the number for as Elizabeth Arden bluntly tells us: "I'm not interested in age. People who tell their age are silly. You're old as you feel." And so I remember this verse: What do people gain from the efforts they make? 10. I contemplate the task that God gives humanity to labor at. My task is to be a pastor and a friend, and so in the next year I "labor" at that task, with much joy and gratitude for the gift God has given to me to do so. I follow the advice of Sarah Louise Delan: "As long as you can see each day as a chance for something new to happen, something you never experienced before you will stay young," and so I want on my last day to be able to say: "What a ride, what a ride!
