🌟 Exciting News 🌟 I'm thrilled to share the remarkable success of Stamford Town Council's recent Heritage Open Days tours. As the Marketing and Project Officer, it's been incredibly rewarding to be part of this journey and witness the impact of our marketing efforts on the community. Here are some key statistics that showcase the influence of marketing on this event: 👉 Visitor Satisfaction: An impressive 85% of attendees rated their visit as excellent, highlighting the outstanding quality of the Heritage Open Days tours. 👉 Engaging and Informative Content: 87.5% of participants found the tour content interesting and informative, demonstrating the educational value of these heritage experiences. 👉 Satisfaction with the Experience: A remarkable 84% expressed high satisfaction with their overall Heritage Open Days experience, reflecting the council's dedication to delivering successful events. 👉 New Audience Engagement: A significant 69.5% of attendees had never visited the site or event before, illustrating the success of the council's outreach efforts in attracting a fresh and diverse audience. 👉 Returning Participants: Additionally, 29% of attendees were returning visitors who had previously explored the sites, highlighting the enduring appeal of the Heritage Open Days tours. 👉 Recommendation Rate: An astounding 98.5% of participants expressed their intention to recommend the event to a friend or colleague, underscoring the community's enthusiasm for these enriching experiences. The Heritage Open Days tours covered a range of historically significant locations, including Town Hall, Gaols, Cemetery, and Archives. Visitors were captivated by engaging guides, informative content, and a deep dive into Stamford's fascinating past. This success wouldn't have been possible without the incredible teamwork, dedication, and support of my colleagues, councillors, and volunteers.
