Did you know that my Employment Relations videos get significantly less views upon upload compared to my other content? But that doesn't stop me from being really excited every time I finish a video and it goes live! This is because, although the videos don't perform (in terms of views) upon upload - based on my analytics I believe the content provides a great deal of value to people. The watch hours and average watch time on my Employment Relations videos is high (relative to views). I get really excited about uploading a new video in the hopes that it makes improved employment relations more accessible.
