Take a look at the team of Dominoids who participated in the Motor City Pride parade in Detroit, Michigan; where they celebrated love, advocated for equality, and stood in solidarity with the LGBTQIA community. Led by the Domino’s Business Resource Group, True Colors, the team handed out free pizza, promoted hiring opportunities, and raised money for local nonprofit, Stand with Trans, an organization that advocates for and supports trans youth and their loved ones. Domino’s will continue to create an inclusive workplace culture. We are committed to ensuring our employees are heard, represented, and respected at work. 🌈❤️🍕 Read more from our team members and what it meant to them to participate in Motor City Pride by clicking here 👉 https://lnkd.in/gEJsyQjq #LifeAtDominos #TeamDominos #Pride2024

2wInteresting enough one of those LGBTQIA members who works in the same store as me kept on groping and molesting me. I had notified the General Manager who she said other people have come forward but no action was taken up the diverse male. When it continued on I held myself in a defensive posture because they loved to rub up against your butt when your back was turned on the makeline. So when ever they past me, I would stop what I was doing and turned to face him every single time. He reported it to management for feeling "attacked," I said I was protecting myself, in where the manager was gaslighting me saying, "your just doing this because he is gay." I told her I was doing this to not become a victim to a person who has pins that say "Gay Agenda," on his person, demanded to know not only how much money people make, but also their sexual orientation, and when ever someone tells him to back off, he would run up to the General Manager and ask "What is his problem?" To which she replied, "some people are like that," and had labeled me a homophobe as I was "attacking" someone who was openly gay.
