After pouring over the Remote Manager Survival Guide, it struck me how on-point each framework was. The insights on Best Productivity Frameworks were particularly enlightening. With the rise of remote work, the relevance of these frameworks has never been more pronounced. From my own journey, I've found that the Pareto Principle transcends mere statistics – it's truly about zeroing in on those impactful activities that deliver results in a remote context. Time-blocking, especially when combined with the tenets of asynchronous communication, can be transformative for remote team dynamics. The Eisenhower Matrix stands as a beacon, ensuring we prioritize tasks in a dispersed team setting. And Parkinson’s Law? A poignant reminder for all remote workers: it's the quality and efficiency of our hours, not just the quantity. This guide offers a goldmine of management insights that I'll be revisiting. While the focus is on remote work, much of what is here is applicable in management contexts in general.

There are many pros showing that remote could be more productive and efficient than on-site, ofc, with the focus for manager how to maintain that. Thanks @Kona for summarizing guide and @Doist for the highlight!
