Friendly and supportive atmosphere, mutual willing to achieve success. Your support as a leader. The perfect team: everyone works with everyone else in perfect harmony, doing as little work as possible to get by. In this way, no one could be picked apart for doing little work! Those who work really hard (and smart), give their true best, spare no efforts, and add true value to the company are unceremoniously kicked out. The reason? Well, there is no reason but they are kicked out anyway ... With time, it is guaranteed that their low productivity will be the new normal: if this can be called normal anyway.

Team work makes the dream work. Some of the things that our HR team do in order to foster a stronger sense of team spirit, is to start every day with a prayer. Whenever it is someone's birthday, we sing "Happy Birthday" with gusto and enthusiasm, even if it is generally out of tune. We come together to have lunch each month and being a multi-national team, we bring in our favorite dishes from "home" and share in a community style. We enjoy other team building activities including bowling, walking tours and of course, more food! Perhaps even more importantly than these "fun" activities, is the team support to each other on a daily basis. The "I've got your back" approach as we cover and support each other. The tremendous respect, courtesy and kindness shown by each member of the team. The constant training and educational improvement that is encouraged. Regular check-ins from managers to ensure the safety and support of all team members. All of these ingredients go towards building a strong and healthy team. And in contrast you can also build a great team at work by using your management skills on some days, and on other days using some parenting skills. Enjoy work and enjoy your life.
