It really is surreal, talking to real customers that are using the product you've spent the last 6 years developing from an idea and bringing it to market. Founders don't often celebrate but whew! I have to stop and remind myself and our incredible team to celebrate this incredible milestone. I didn't realized how fun it would be to talk to customers. It really is true what they say: "All feedback is good feedback." We're so excited to iterate and get better for our customers! It's almost like getting to step out of that constant imposter syndrome and look around and see, "Wow, I really made this happen!" What a cool feeling. Also, "Founders don't often celebrate" is a really powerful insight. Who has time to celebrate when you're heads down and just trying to keep everything from falling apart 24/7? I love the reminder that we don't really make time to celebrate and reflect on how far we've come -- but maybe we should! Love seeing another founder express their experience. It really resonates.
