We love and appreciate our Dillanos team. We’ve created an internal culture that values fun, creativity, and integrity, and we seek employees who believe in the culture as much as our owners do. Focusing our energy on building meaningful, rewarding customer relationships and striving to give our customers more than they expect stems directly from the core of who we are. Saying THANK YOU is the least we can do.

Our core values reflect what’s important to us. They remind us of how we want to focus our time and energy and make strategic business decisions. We recently refined our core values to be consistent across our entire organization. The hard part wasn’t identifying all the values we care about, it was narrowing them down to a few fundamentals that we can easily remember and refer to. Now that our process is complete, we’re excited to share the results! Firsthand Foods’ new and improved core values are: ❤️ Dare to Care – We want everyone we work with to love what they do and live full lives. We listen to promote open communication and maintain a thoughtful, human-centered workplace. We strive to provide exceptional customer service and meet rigorous standards for product quality. 🔑 Collaboration is Key – Nothing is more important to us than building deep, reciprocal, sustainable relationships with our team, partners, suppliers, customers and community. 📖 We’re an Open Book – No surprises here! We do what we say and say what we do. We take pride in being transparent, honest, responsive, reliable and loyal.

Rated Top 10 NSC Speaker– I train safety leaders 👷 to guide teams using behavioral science. Clients include: 🚀 NASA, Disney 🧚 & UPS 📦
Feeling appreciated is truly a wonderful thing, isn't it? Picture this: You're at a restaurant or store, and you make eye contact with your server, offering a genuine "thank you—you're exceptional at what you do," all while wearing a warm smile. It's a simple gesture, but one that can truly brighten someone's day. Whether it's at the bank, a retail outlet, or a dining establishment, taking a moment to acknowledge exemplary customer service goes a long way. Now, I get it—the DMV isn't typically associated with top-notch service. We've all had our share of less-than-stellar experiences, which may even evoke memories of classic films. But hear me out—something remarkable is happening at the Ballentine, South Carolina DMV. During a recent visit, I found myself in a predicament with a business check. The clerk consulted her supervisor, and despite the inconvenience, they graciously accommodated my needs. I dashed out to grab a credit card, returning to complete the transaction. I made sure to express my gratitude for their patience and professionalism, noting how much easier they had made the process for me. Their smiles said it all. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of recognition. While complaints often dominate the feedback loop, taking the time to commend exceptional service can make a world of difference. Let's be the building up type who brighten someone's day with a heartfelt compliment. After all, appreciation is a gift that leaves a lasting impression—for both the giver and the receiver. *** Follow Bill Sims, Jr. to learn how top leaders succeed and drive optimal safety culture. #Sales is not an enemy…even though I’m in #operations. Each role depends on the other. What good is having an excellent server upfront if the line and kitchen can’t prepare food well? Either way your experience is memorable 🤣 #SowToGrow -cultivate your culture #TendTheWeed - deal with thorns #GroomAndPrune - watch business bloom Kate Whitehead published an excellent short read on this topic titled ‘tug-of-war between sales and ops is a good thing.’ BTX Global Logistics #SimpleSuccessful #WeLoveForwarding #Teamwork

Worth sharing from last night's reading.... “Customer service is just a day-in, day-out, ongoing, never-ending, unremitting, persevering, compassionate type of activity.” – Gorman “Know what your customers want most and what your company does best. … Focus on where those two meet.” – Stirtz Customer service is an art that requires patience and practice and takes time to master. #customerservice #employeeengagement #goals #dailygrind #work #culture

Director of 4 distinct Logistics Companies | Avid Sportsman and Aviator | 30 Years of Expertise in Supply Chain Solutions and Freight Forwarding
We failed to respond to a client timely last week Usually the posts of NEW GLOBE LOGISTIK LLP. are always positive highlighting what’s best in our workplaces and ourselves Let’s be honest - our companies and we make mistakes too - it’s what we do about them and how we respond to them is what’s matters Most firms tend to “brush” mistakes under the carpet - not us - we have an open culture where we share negative feedback with the goal of learning , rectifying and getting better each time Below is a simple what’s app I get daily from my customer service teams on feedback they get - and we got a feedback that our responses were not timely - that is subjective, but when your tag line is a legacy of delivering promises since 1950 - every sincere effort should be made to uphold it by all members involved Also having a no blame - no shame culture encourages our team to be open to share learning’s which ultimately benifit all of us . If any of you have felt we could do better in our service NEW GLOBE LOGISTIK LLP. And Neutral Consolidation Services LLP - please DM me
