Dils has successfully completed the sale of a logistics #portfolio developed by Scannell Properties to PATRIZIA AG Italia. The portfolio, consisting of two brand-new last-mile #logistics assets located in prime locations in #Bologna and #Rome, has a total area of 36,800 square meters. Leased to top-tier international logistics players and Stellantis' retail division, a key player in global automotive manufacturing, the two assets also meet high ESG standards and have obtained the #BREEAM Very Good certification. Over the past 24 months, Dils has successfully concluded three sales transactions for commercial properties developed by Scannell in #Italy.
