📈 Growth of Luxury Hotels in Bali (1973-2022) Bali, known for its picturesque landscapes and rich cultural heritage, offers a diverse range of hospitality experiences. While the island does house grand establishments with several hundred rooms, it's intriguing to see that many luxury hotels have a limited number of rooms, emphasizing exclusivity and intimacy. The original Amans like Amandari, Amankila, and others indeed fall into this category. These boutique luxury hotels, with their unique offerings and personalized services, have undeniably played a significant role in molding Bali's reputation as a premier luxury travel destination. The emphasis on boutique luxury, as epitomized by brands developed under visionaries like Pak Adrian Zecha, ensures guests receive an unparalleled experience, deeply rooted in Balinese culture and elegance. This delicate balance between luxury and authenticity is perhaps what makes Bali stand out in the global hospitality landscape.

"You must be proud of what you do. The workmanship is really good" *thumbs up* Excerpt from the full text of the compliments from Mr. Adrian Slater - Regional Vice President Openings and Transitions Asia Pacifice of Hyatt Hotels Corporation to Mr. Nguyen Vinh Dang - Site Manager of Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Residences project after visiting and being very satisfied with the finishing quality of the mock up villa as well as the project hotel mock up room. The great value that a branded residences developer receives in the process of cooperating with an international operating brand is always having close companionship in each stage of project development. Not only consulting, design and construction standards, but the entire product evaluation process is carried out by many parties including design and operations, to ensure that the product when delivered to the owner will be a product of the highest quality according to the standards set by the group. Personally, I have had the good fortune to have conversation with Mr. Slater on issues surrounding the operation of an international standard resort, how to build a brand for a hotel group with a focus on investing in solid, highly specialized and genuine human resources. excellence. There are also interesting shares about our personal preferences about wine. As a New Zealander with a special passion for F&B, Mr. Slater agree with me that Villa Maria Saugvinon Blanc is an ideal choice for coastal cuisine in Ho Tram as well as fresh and delicious Pinot Noir without decanter and other complicated procedures to enjoy. With the tourism market continuously recovering over the years, as well as the attraction of Ho Tram with the participation of many hotel brands, it promises to turn this place into the most attractive destination in the Southern region. #hyattregencyhotramresidences #hyattregencyhotram #hyattregency #hyatt #iffholdings #realestate #resort

What is your favourite business hotel? I am a big fan of Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt. The two global luxury brands by Hyatt Corporation. Amazing luxury hotels with great service levels and guest experiences. I have been very loyal to them over the last 25 years during my thousands of hotel nights. In my global client work and academic programs, I frequently draw inspiration from the Singapore Airlines and Park Hyatt brands. Luxury brands are special: They are not about logic. It’s not about functionality. It’s not about having more than competitors. Less is frequently more. If you do it correctly, Providing authentic experiences. To be more specific and distinct, If you strive for luxury excellence. It is great to know that my two favourite hotel brands are my home away from home. What is your next journey? Be Bold. Good to see that normal demand patterns will return after a tumultuous April. It's concerning to see indications of slower summer travel as the effects of inflation and higher debt costs squeeze disposable income. Also, it's interesting to see that Occ over the last week of June is pacing ahead of STLY, could be because July 4th is late in the week this year.
Another week with a calendar shift impact, U.S. hotel performance was limited by Passover, especially the Top 25 Markets and group demand. Global occupancy continues to rise led by post-Ramadan gains in Indonesia. Read more: https://bit.ly/3WrJZXw
