If your team wants to build an AI solution, start by examining the problem. Ask yourself these 2 questions: 1. Can we solve this with AI? 2. Should we solve this with AI? Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Adopting AI for the sake of it can drain your team's resources without improving your customer experience. Especially if your developers need to upskill, make sure you choose a project that will meaningfully benefit from an AI solution.
