Hey everyone, it's been a while since I last posted on LinkedIn, so here's a quick update. "I took this photo three days after joining Devsinc, and now I'm sharing it almost three days after my resignation." After spending wonderful year filled with ups and downs at Devsinc, I find myself bidding a heartfelt goodbye to this amazing company with its rich culture, due to certain unresolved conflicts and personal issues. My tenure at Devsinc was rich with learning, particularly in client management and coding practices. I certainly learned a great deal from Usman Asif himself, an impressive individual on both as a personal and professional level. My team at Devsinc also helps me grow at various aspects of professional software development, allowing me to gain a thorough understanding of the inner workings of the field. The culture at Devsinc not only helped me rapidly grow at the start of my career but also provided me with wonderful insights into how the software industry can scale in Pakistan. 🌟 Two and a half years ago, I applied to Cloud Development Resources (now Emids’ Low-code Unit, part of the #EMIDS Group) on a project-based contract, which felt like a better match for my working style and preferences at that time after briefly returning to full-time employment for a few months following my decision to step away in 2020. To my surprise, they offered me a full-time role instead—trusting me and valuing my contributions. 🔗 Fast forward to 2024, and I can say the past two and a half years have been some of the happiest for me professionally. The people I’ve worked with—from senior leaders to teammates, past and present—have been nothing short of amazing. The culture here, shaped by the company’s founders, CEO, and current leadership, continues to push boundaries. It’s not without its ups and downs, like any business, but speaking with those who are here and have been here often leaves me teary-eyed when I recall it. I feel fortunate to be part of a company where trust, autonomy, and collaboration come together so naturally. 🤝 I’ve seen most people—from top management to teammates to fresh graduates —genuinely working and pushing towards a common goal, overcoming differences, and giving their best to remain competitive in a fast-changing tech market where AI is dramatically shifting the landscape. One of the things I cherish most is the culture the company has built. It’s hands down one of the best environments I’ve ever worked in, and hearing others share similar feelings is incredibly uplifting.🌱 I’m looking forward to seeing how we continue to innovate, tackling challenges together and acknowledging our achievements along the way. Having solved 200 questions on LeetCode, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the profound impact it has had on my overall growth and development. Each problem solved has been like a puzzle, teaching me resilience, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills that I now carry with me every day. It's been a journey of growth, where every challenge I've overcome has made me stronger and more capable. I owe a huge thanks to Navdeep Singh for his incredible resources. His videos and explanations have been my guiding light, helping me navigate through tough problems and understand complex concepts in a way that resonates with me. But beyond the technical skills, this journey has taught me so much about myself.
