The 13th International Converting Exhibition concluded with three dynamic days filled with thriving business, attracting 4,850 trade visitors from 64 countries. The event witnessed a remarkable 30% increase in visitor numbers compared to the previous edition. Building upon the triumph of this year's show, the decision for ICE Europe - International Converting Exhibition to maintain its biennial cycle has been made. The antidote to complex , convoluted jargon filled strategies that seem to fill our industry web pages.. .. yet achieve very little. "Better Stands" thinking empowers our industry to walk the talk of positive change. #sustainabilitybydesign
We are very proud to be one of 11 exhibition organisers collaborating on a pilot of Better Stands, the programme aimed at increasing the use of reusable stands at events. As an idea fostered within Informa, we have seen the benefits of Better Stands first hand at Informa events. As our Head of Sustainability, Ben Wielgus, says: “Better Stands are better in many ways – safer, faster to put up, can look great and can often be more cost effective and of course they can cut the waste from exhibitions by up to 80%.
