Heat Neutralizer 🔥 Blocking heat for 35 years with insulation coatings for energy savings, reduce CO2, CUI, UHI & cooler, safer spaces. Cool roofs to hot pipes to fire protection with Super Therm® & HPC®.
Looking forward to seeing WA again soon. Talking everything related to heat and sustainability. Stop Heat Load, Stop Heat! Tip: When managing passive heat BEFORE it enters or leaves the surface is an absolute fundamental of sustainable energy conservation and management. White heat reflective paints try to reflect the visible spectrum of sunlight while clean (44%). Blocking the Infrared radiation (53%) is critical to the full success of a cool roof insulation coating. Most can’t do this so use SRI and being as white as possible. This is half the need for managing the suns heat. Solar reflectivity is a measure of how much sunlight a roof can reflect – not infrared heat! The Key! The original Heat Neutralizer Ceramics Thermal Insulation Coating that sends heat back to space since 1989. Find out more about Super Therm that blocks 99.5% of the infrared and 96.1% total solar heat: https://lnkd.in/g3bWKiNf #CoolRoofs #NetZeroEmissions #HeatReflectivePaint #EnergyReduction #UrbanHeatIslands #InsulationCoatings #SuperTherm #RetrofitAustralia #HeatNeutralizer

Sustainable exhibition stand design: Berlin-based IT service provider syspro started 4 years ago with a modular exhibition stand from Modulap with 16 sqm stand space. Since then, syspro and the Berlin-based agency sense:ability have continuously expanded the stand. All elements are being re-used and re-combined depending on the required stand layout. At this year's EUROCIS 2024, syspro and the RFID Network presented a multi-functional, multimedia brand space on a stand area of 144 sqm, set up much faster than comparable exhibition stands, with an integrated transport system and without avoidable waste. This is how syspro delivers impressive trade show presentations - saving time, money and valuable resources.

[URR 1 - Technical Happiness] Nightclubs can be defined as places to party, to forget everyday life and share a collective moment through music, dance and a "let go" state of mind. They are also technical spaces equipped with motorized lights, smoke machines, lasers, speakers, LEDs, and screens to enhance the collective experience. This invisible system works to generate effects and fuel the collective trance. Design historian Catharine Rossi discusses the connections between nightclubs and technical aesthetics. Read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/ePGB37t4 Two years since the publication of URR’s first issue related to our emotions when faced with technological artifacts, we are releasing articles here every other Friday. Last week our Environmental Sustainability Specialist Alice Bonnot headed to Ars Electronica - the festival for art, technology & society in Linz, Austria. Alice participated in a workshop series as part of the CCI Thrive European project where she worked with a group of five experts on Environmental and Sustainability topics to discuss common principles and develop recommendations for practitioners and policy makers. Their four recommendations were… 🌱Build new narratives that use imagination & creativity to envision a better, healthier future based on social and environmental justice. 🌱Encourage localised actions drawing on biological wisdom and situated knowledge, offering longer-term alternatives that promote interdependent and non-hierarchical relationships. 🌱Strengthen institutional support across the sector to make ecological solutions the new norm (e.g slow transport requires longer planning and negotiations with lenders and insurers). 🌱And acknowledge the complexity and interconnectedness of our ecosystems, which encompass different agencies and therefore require adapted responses to the climate and ecological crisis. There were lots of innovative and interesting ideas and artworks on display too. This is a snippet of Pollinator Pathmaker from British artist Dr Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg - an artwork for insects! It won the S T ARTS prize at the festival. #CreativeClimateAction

🌏 Global Exhibitions Day 🌏 Today, on Global Exhibitions Day 🌏, which coincides with World Environment Day 🌱🌳, we are reminded of this year’s fitting theme: “Exhibitions are catalysts to sustainable futures.” Sustainability extends beyond environmental concerns, but the environment is an excellent starting point for transforming our exhibitions. The exhibition industry always has been a part of the circular economy and most suppliers are going beyond with eco-friendly electrics and flooring to reusable walls and furniture, the emphasis is on reducing waste and reusing materials. However, there’s always room for improvement in. As organisers and agencies, we strive to create captivating displays, but we must also consider the environmental impact. Can we achieve the same wow factor with sustainable alternatives? Can our displays be reused? It’s time to ask these important questions and push the boundaries of what’s possible. Join us in making sustainability a priority in every exhibition. #GED #GlobalExhibitonsDay #WorldEnvironmentalDay #Sustsinability
